Trust

In the Englishman’s boy, there are two characters that I do not trust. Mr. Chance and Hardwick. Chance will do anything for his film to be the best. He changes the story just to make it better. He is just in it for money. Harry Vincent did the right thing by quitting because he could not trust Chance anymore and he had enough of him. Hardwick can not be trusted because he is just in it for his horses. I understand that if my horses got stolen then yeah I would be upset. But was it worth chasing after, slaughtering the Assiniboine over them? I do not think so. The Englishman’s boy made the right choice by leaving the group because of all that Hardwick has done. What if he did worse things and the boy stayed with him, for all we know he could have been killed.
